The Theme Switcher Block allows users (Teachers and Students) to choose a Theme from a Block, rather than having to go to their Profile to do this.
It's easy to use, but takes up valuable space on the page.
Your site must allow User Themes for this to work of course.
Also remember that a Course Theme set by the Teacher will override any personal choice by the users.
